Refund & Cancellation Policy
Our policies regarding refunds for donations and seva bookings.

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all donations and seva bookings made through the Kailasagiri Cave Temple website (kailasagiricavetemple.com) or directly with Sri Gangadhareshwara Seva Trust ("the Trust"). Please read this policy carefully before making any financial transactions.
1. Donations
All donations made to Sri Gangadhareshwara Seva Trust are voluntary religious contributions. As such, donations are generally non-refundable.
Donations are made at the donor's own discretion and are used to support the temple's charitable activities, including Anna Danam (free meals program), temple maintenance, development, and other trust objectives.
In exceptional circumstances where a refund may be warranted (e.g., duplicate payment, incorrect amount charged), please contact us within 7 days of the transaction, and we will review your request on a case-by-case basis.
2. Seva Bookings
If you need to cancel a seva booking, the following refund policy applies based on the notice period provided:

| 24 to 48 hours before scheduled seva | 50% refund |
| Less than 24 hours before scheduled seva | Non-refundable |
The cancellation notice period is calculated from the scheduled date and time of the seva.
3. Online Payments
For payments made through online channels (UPI, bank transfer, or future online payment gateways), approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days from the date of approval.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the transaction. Please note that the actual time for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund or cancellation, please contact us through any of the following channels:

Please have your payment receipt or transaction ID ready when contacting us for faster processing.
5. Exceptions — Cancellation by Temple
The temple management reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a seva due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Natural calamities or adverse weather conditions
- Unavailability of priests or essential materials
- Special temple events or government directives
- Maintenance or safety requirements
In such cases, a full refund will be provided to the devotee, or the seva will be rescheduled to a mutually agreeable date at no additional cost.
